Good Operating Practice
  1. Know the weight of the load.
  2. Never load sling in excess of rated capacity.
  3. Use sling with characteristics meant for the type of load, hitch and working environment.
  4. Do not tie or knot a sling or use a sling with a knot.
  5. Make sure sling is attached securely to the load.
  6. Do not jerk or shock load when lifting.
  7. Do not stand under or near a suspended load and keep safe distance from obstructions.
  8. Do not drag slings across a floor or over rough, abrasive surfaces or pull a sling from under a load.
  9. Protect slings from sharp corners, edges and abrasive surfaces with sleeves or wear pads.
  10. Inspect slings daily and remove damaged equipment from service promptly.
 
Warranty

Any warranty, expressed or implied as to quality, performance or fitness for use of synthetic, wire rope, chain or wire mesh sling products is always premised on the condition tht the published strengths apply only to new, unused products, and tht the mechanical equiptment on which such products ar used is properly designed and maintained, that such products are properly stored, handled, used and maintained and properly inspected on a regular basis during the period of use. 

Seller shall not be liable under any circumstances for consequential damages or secondary charges including but not limited to personal injury, labor costs, a loss of profits resulting from the use of said products or from said products or from said products being incorporated in or becoming a component of any other product.
